Processing aids products are high molecular weight polymers developed by our company using advanced polymerization technology and drying techniques. These products can improve PVC gelation, fusion fluidity and processing performance and are broadly used in PVC profiles, sheets, pipes, pipe fittings and foam products.

Acrylic process aids have been widely used for decades in the production of both rigid and flexible PVC materials. Their advantages are well-known and are briefly reviewed in this paper. Excessive use of process aids or selection of the wrong molecular weights may, however, lead to undesirable behavior ultimately resulting in defects in PVC materials. These limitations are discussed in detail and explained on the basis of general polymer science considerations. Some criteria to optimize the proper selection of the level and nature of the process aids in PVC formulations are given in relation to the final applications, such as films, window and foam profiles, pipes, and so on.

Processing aid PA-551T is a medium molecular weight acrylic polymer resin. This processing aid contributes greatly to rapid growth of market for rigid or soft PVC compounds such as calendered sheet, extrusion profiles, blow molding and rigid foam. It develops acceleration fusion rate, increasing productivity and decreasing processing temperature. Better dispersion of additives into PVC, more homogenous melting of PVC. Give excellent hot strength, cohesion, rolling bank and well-knit edges. Provides smooth glossy surfaces, free of pinholes and air streaks. Self-lubricating, helps eliminate plate out, improve impact efficiency

Processing aid PA-530 is a high molecular weight acrylic polymer resin. This Processing Aid

contributes greatly to rapid growth of markets for rigid or soft PVC compounds such as

calendered sheet, extrusion profiles, blow molding and rigid foam extrusion.

Advantages:

- Acceleration fusion rate, increasing productivity and decreasing processing temperature.

- Better dispersion of additives into PVC, more homogenous melting of PVC.

- Gives excellent hot strength, cohesion, rolling bank and well-knit edges.

- Excellent clarity and provides smooth glossy surfaces free of pinholes and air streaks for end-use

products, superior fusion promotion for rigid and soft PVC. Increased output rates and improved

production efficiency.

Application:

For rigid, semi-rigid PVC calendar, extruded, blow-molded, injection-molded, second-processed use.

Dosage: 1-6 phr.

Packing: 20 kgs./bag.
